Dear Friends,

I realized, as I was filling out my timelines yesterday, that it was taking longer than my promised 10 minutes to half an hour.  So, today, I invite you to carry your journal around with you in your activities today and fill in your three timelines in snatched moments today, as well as within your (hopefully) dedicated journalling time.

So, carry on!  Begin to notice where a lot of things happen in your life.  Are there clusters of events and insights?  Long stretches of nothing much going on?  Just fill in your timelines today and notice.
